Once we have established how many hours of bookkeeping or accountancy you will need to get through all your businesses work, we will be able to provide you with a quote which will then become the fixed fee. This means that if some months you need less work on your accounts you will still pay the set fee but on the plus side, if you ever need more work than is required, you will still only pay the set fee. Every month we will continue to log the hours spent on your bookkeeping or accountancy and so we will be able to see how many hours you are in credit and if ever you exceed your monthly average hours, we will off set this against your 'credit hours' The only time we will need to re-evaluate the fixed fee, is when you have exceeded your paid hours by 5 hours. You will not be charged for the extra 5 hours. In the unlikely event that we need to re-evaluate the fixed fee, we will re-evaluate at the new average hours and reset the fixed fee price or you will have the option to continue on an hourly rate.
